I wake up late 'cause I can't sleep at night
'Cause all of these thoughts give me such a fright.
Every day just echoes night.
Sometimes I don't feel alive.
It's a bad habit to always fear the worst,
But I feel it in the air and in the dirt.
My sullen behavior keeps me isolated.
I don't even realize that I'm irritated.

Lately I've been freaking out
Because it feels like the world is crashing down,
Crashing down.

I try to stay occupied,
But that only works for a limited time,
Then I see on the TV
The same things that are killing me.
I'm looking all over for help,
But it seems that I'm all by myself,
And maybe this isn't true,
